Senior Consultant - Penetration Tester

Banshie is currently seeking passionate and experienced security professionals to join our consulting team. This will include performing penetration tests, assumed breach assessments and at times red teaming activities.

The position will be as a Senior Consultant in the offensive services space.

We are looking for an experienced and creative security professional who is able to take on many different offensive service assessments as well as support and mentor junior colleagues, lead projects, and generally contribute to the success of the team as a whole

Your role can include, but won’t be limited to:

• Web Application Penetration Tests
• Cloud Security Assessments
• Mobile Security Assessments
• Internal and external penetration testing
• Red Teaming
• Targeted Attack Simulations.

You will be faced with complex and technical problem-solving issues; therefore, you are expected to quickly acquire new information and knowledge as we must keep up with all current trends and adversaries.

We are looking for senior profiles who are looking to leverage their experience working closely with clients on improving their security posture, mentoring less experienced staff and performing research. The ideal candidate will be an experienced generalist looking to specialize and research  in exploit development and reverse engineering, initial access techniques, defense evasion, or a similar sub-field of the red teaming life cycle.

At Banshie we believe in an 80/20 principle, which is why approximately 20% of your time will be focussed on research and development of either you own skill set or improving internal technology. And we really mean it... We block out 10 weeks accross the year for research and self development.
